Project & Voice
Define the identity and present-day snapshot of your series. Write for a machine — be precise, not literary.
Tropes & Red Lines
Define the genre DNA and hard constraints for the narrative engine.
Characters
All POV characters, primary antagonists, and critical supporting cast with unresolved arcs. Physical descriptions should reflect their state at the END of the provided text.
Relationships
Asymmetric emotional dynamics between characters. Each entry goes ONE direction (perceiver → perceived). Create TWO entries per pair to show how each views the other.
Locations
Map the world at two levels: Macro (regions, cities) and Micro (buildings, rooms, landmarks). Micro locations must reference a Macro parent.
World Rules
The hard rules: magic systems, societal laws, biological rules, technological constraints. Each rule needs an IF/THEN constraint the engine can enforce.
Backstory Events
Major plot events in chronological order. Include ONLY events that permanently altered relationships, world state, or power dynamics. Aim for 5-8 per book.
Narrative Structure
Define the structural skeleton of your story. Select a framework, set your chapter target, and fill in the anchor beats the engine will build around.
